Description
The project is switched in two parts
|
a) development and experimentation of a protocol of
competencies balances for over 55 people, to avoid pre-retirement solutions;
b) elaboration and experimentation of a path of
information and training of the wise-mentor character, (counseling to the
entrance in workplaces of new generations), to develop innovative patterns
of management of elder workers.
Methods: compared analysis and benchmarking, team
works, workshop, focus groups, experimentations. Involved countries: Italy,
Belgium and Spain.
Involved operators: work suppliers, research and
training organizations, enterprises. Balances: diagnostic tools and
orientation ones, agreement protocols, paths and didactic tools.
