integrated among the policies and general practices, such as in European
Social Fund;
Experiment and collect alternative strategies aimed to
change the use to pre-retire workers as a solution to re-engineering
organizational processes;
Individuation of alternative features to manage the
age and investments upon human resources ended to enforce the adaptability
and flexibility of elder workers and of workplaces;
Organization of caring events upon the positive topics
of elder workers to change the attitudes and the behavior both of work
suppliers and of main elder workers;
Elaborate suggestions and integrative proposals in
relation to the practices of partners countries, such as of ESF.
